What I bought.

Since moving to the middle of nowhere, (15 minutes from town) I haven't been doing very much shopping.  Which I suppose is a good thing...  Mostly I've just been buying plain, boring sweaters and cardigans since it's still FREEZING here.  At least it finally stopped snowing...  But anyways, I don't take pictures of navy blue sweaters and royal blue cardigans for you since they are pretty booooring.  But here is what I bought on a quick trip out of town last week:

Deco project sneak peek

This is a deco project I've started.  I imagine you can guess what it is.

I just need to get more jewels.  I've deco-ed too many things so I've run out.  Oh boo!

Cute-ify your home.

Need more inspiration for little things you can do to make everyday life a little cuter?  Why not try deco-ing things you use and see everyday but never think twice about? 

Here is one idea:

I used nail polish to paint roses on my electric socket and light switch covers.  You can also BUY cute ones, but it's more fun to do it yourself.  You could use stickers, or glitter, or deco it completely in jewels and fake whipcream.

My makeup table.

This is where I get pretty:

It is a vintage find that my parents fixed up for me.  (One of their hobbies, all the ladies in our family have one now.)  This holds all my makeup, hair things, nailpolish, and jewellery.  I love getting ready here because the area is so cute!

Creative Storage.

I don't use the heater in my craft room since the room is close enough to the fireplace, so I figured it would make a good shelf.  Haha, maybe I should just buy some more shelves, my craft room is getting a little crowded...

I suppose I need to take pictures of my new house for my blog still, but I've been working so much recently that we're still not really completely unpacked and organized.

Curtains.
